Our Reconciliation Journey

At Carers SA we were proud to commence our reconciliation journey through the development of our first Reflect RAP. 

Our RAP is our commitment to implementing goals and actions towards the reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people and communities.  

Carers SA RAP ensures that reconciliation goes beyond words and policy and is a tangible way for us to ensure our service and practice is accountable for reconciliation.   

A Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) will require Carers SA to sustainably and strategically take meaningful actions to advance reconciliation. Reconciliation is about how we will strengthen relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and non-Indigenous people, for the benefit of all Australians, based on the five dimensions of Reconciliation
