Carers SA has today formally launched the Carers + Employers accreditation program in South Australia, marking a new pathway for employers to support staff who balance paid work with caring for a family member or friend.
Carers SA has achieved Level 2 (Commit) accreditation under the program and now takes on responsibility for accrediting South Australian organisations that want to be recognised as Carer friendly workplaces.
Community Business Bureau (CBB) is the first organisation in the state to be accredited by Carers SA.
