Interpreter and National Relay Service
We can talk with you
Carers SA can talk with you in your language, or through the National Relay Service if you are deaf or find it hard to hear or speak on the phone. Both are free.
We can talk with you in your language
Tell us your language and when you are free.
Contact us and tell us the language you speak and when you are free to talk. We will book an interpreter for a time that suits you and call you then.
Register with us online. Tell us your language and the times you are available.
Or call us on 1800 422 737. Tell us your language and when you are free, and we will call you back with an interpreter.
Someone else can make the first call for you, such as a family member, a friend or a worker who already supports you.

How you receive support is your choice.
How you receive support is your choice. Counselling, coaching and peer support are available to every Carer in South Australia, and we can often match a Carer with a counsellor, coach or peer group in their own language. We also work with providers who can supply support workers who speak a Carer’s language for respite and other supports.
