Support Plus – Pilot Program

Carers SA is inviting 50 interested Carers to take part in the initial evaluation of Support Plus – a new digital care-planning platform designed to make life easier for Carers.

Eligible participants will receive one year of full access to the platform through a Tailored Support Package. To participate, Carers must either hold or be eligible for a Tailored Support Package with Carers SA. At the end of the trial, participants will be invited to share their experiences and feedback with Carers SA and Support Plus to help improve the platform for others.

We also understand how stressful it can be to repeatedly explain care routines or hand over vital details during emergencies. That’s why we’re excited to partner with Support Plus giving Carers access to an innovative digital tool that makes care continuity easier and more secure.

About Support Plus

Support Plus is a first-of-its-kind platform designed to capture the vital, often unspoken knowledge that Carers hold. It allows you to document everything from daily routines and communication preferences to medical details and support provider information all in one secure, accessible place.

The platform’s Handover module creates step-by-step instructions that any new or temporary caregiver can follow with confidence, while the Family Plan option lets you include up to five people under one account — ideal for Carers supporting multiple loved ones or managing their own care plans.

Through our partnership, Carers SA will cover the first-year subscription cost for eligible Carers, giving you 12 months to set up comprehensive care plans and experience the peace of mind that comes from having everything documented and ready.
