Young Carer Wellbeing Booklet

This "Young Carer Wellbeing Booklet," created by Carers SA’s Young Carer Collective and Young Carer Team, is a comprehensive support resource for young carers in South Australia, ages 5 to 25.

It provides essential information to help young carers understand their role, with guidance on self-care, mindfulness, and accessing support services. The booklet features inspiring personal stories from young carers, plus tips on balancing caregiving with school, work, and personal growth. It covers practical skills for financial management, mental health, and physical well-being, empowering young carers to seek assistance and connect with valuable resources.
